EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT IS GOOD PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This course is an introduction to Earned Value Management (EVM) and is open to anyone who would like to learn more about EVM – no prior experience is required.

Our course provides students with a basic understanding of EVM and how the principles, techniques, and tools will assist projects in comparing the work accomplished (earned value) to the baseline (planned value) and the money actually spent (actual).

The added element of “work accomplished” brings a more objective approach to the performance of a project, rather than simply planned versus actual comparisons.

With accurate and timely data, EVM provides Project Management with objective indicators of cost and schedule performance for effective decision making.

The latest government policies, requirements, and guidelines will be discussed - so you can apply the knowledge gained through our course to your job.
