GOOD PROJECT SCHEDULES HELP TO ENSURE PROJECT SUCCESS

This course is an introduction to project scheduling and is open to anyone who would like to learn more about scheduling – no prior experience is required.

Our course provides students with a basic understanding of project scheduling and how proper planning and good sound schedules will benefit your projects.

Students will become familiar with schedule development through the processes of planning, defining activities, applying durations, sequencing activities, assigning resources, critical path analysis, and the importance of baselining and change control.

Through class exercises, students will be able to develop a simple schedule and calculate the critical path.

The latest government policies, requirements, and guidelines will be discussed - so you can apply the knowledge gained through our course to your job.
