As Aeyon’s Chief Administrative Officer, Duane works closely with the executive leadership corps to foster the Company’s growth, mature its operating infrastructure, and achieve its strategic business objectives. Duane has spent 27-years in the private sector working for large, small and startup business, building industry relationships, growing talent, and managing business operations that encompassed organizational development, financial planning and control, government contract pricing, negotiation and administration, and human resource, recruiting, legal and P&L operations.  Duane began his career as an enlisted member of the U.S. Air Force.  He and his wife (also a high school sweetheart) live in Loudoun County, on the outskirts of the Northern Virginia Wine Region, where they enjoy spending much of their downtime.
