PROJECT MANAGEMENT 101 FOR NON-TECHNICAL PROJECTS

This is an introductory course offered to those who have minimal experience managing projects.  By offering a structured approach to their work, organizations can become more efficient and effective by managing tasks that need to be performed to achieve some kind of goal or outcome. 

The course does a basic overview of project management and at the end of this course, the students will be able to apply project management concepts and techniques to their jobs and daily lives.
